IBM Innovate 2011.  Building a Test Automation Team from within a Manual Testing Organization. Updated: I submitted the presentation to the International IBM Conference Innovate 2011 and it was accepted! Due to some higher priority work I was unable to attend the conference, but  a couple of my co-presenters were and they did a great job!
