I submitted the presentation to the International IBM Conference Innovate 2011 and it was accepted!
Due to some higher priority work I was unable to attend the conference, but a couple of my co-presenters were and they did a great job!

The topic was building a Test Automation team from within a Manual Testing organization. I think it went really well. My sections mainly focused on Test Tool Architecture and Analytics.
